Boutique Manolo has all the characteristics of a boutique style
hotel; its location, style, authenticity and our personal service
all contribute to re-defining the Cape Town travel experience.
Built on the slopes of Signal Hill, the guesthouse offers the best
views in Cape Town City. Interiors are modern, warm,
comfortable and white. Each suite has its own characteristic
and features, which are an outdoor shower, fireplace or a
daybed overlooking the mountain and city bowl.
Accommodation consists of four en-suite bedrooms and a
double storey penthouse suite which offer extra length
king/twin beds, air-con, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-fi internet
connectivity, bathtubs and private balconies or terraces. A
landscaped garden with amazing views and many private areas
such as a daybed, a seating area overlooking the pool deck and
grass sun area all contribute to an urban oasis which allow
guests to relax and unwind - an ideal venue for self indulgence
and to use as a base to explore Cape Town and the surrounding
area. Warm hospitality, a sumptuous breakfast, and discrete
and efficient service will contribute to your sense of well-being.

Winelands, airport transfers. Dutch, English, French, Spanish
and German are spoken.

Penthouse Suite
Paradise in the city! Bi-level penthouse of over 90m2 and
another 20m2 of terrace. Design furniture, 2 plasma TVs, full
satellite TV, DVD/CD player, iPod plus dock station, laundry, mini-bar, unobstructed views of the Table Mountain, city and
harbour from your private terrace.

Child policy
The present age restriction is 12 years. This restriction does not
apply if the entire house is booked.
Entrance Fees or additional costs
Rates are per room per night and include a full English
breakfast and VAT at 14%. All other services, including
treatments, laundry, drinks and airport transfers are charged
for separately, except for Penthouse. No tourism levy is
charged.

Directions to Boutique Manolo
Travel towards Cape Town on the N2 motorway. Follow City/Seapoint signs onto N2 and drive all the way till the end when you hit the traffic lights. Please use the left lanes in order to go straight ahead. You are travelling towards Table Mountain now. Proceed for 2.2 kilometres (you will pass 7 traffic lights). After the 7th light, please turn right into Burnside Road. Go all
the way to the end of the street and turn right when the road starts bearing right. Then go after 30 meters directly left into Leeukloof Drive. Boutique Manolo is on your left hand on
number 33.
