Ilanga Restaurant
Guests can indulge in delicious five star tastes and flavours in a restaurant rich with African ambience and warm hospitality. The extensive a-la-carte menu and wine list caters to all culinary tastes and guests are sure of an intimate, delicious dining experience.
Serving a continental buffet breakfast between 07h00 and 10h30, including cold meat cuts, cheese platter, fruit platter, fruit salad, fruit preserves, yoghurts, juices, cereals, dried fruit, nuts, muesli, home baked muffins and scones, a variety of different breads, croissants, fresh butter, honey, golden syrup marmalade, strawberry and apricot jam, guests can also enjoy eggs, omelettes, bacon, tomato, mushroom, French toast, onions, sausages, kippers, smoked salmon which are all freshly made to order.
A light lunch menu is served between 12h00 and 15h00, either outside or at the window seats in the restaurant including treats such as black forest and hickory ham baguettes, various toasted treats, salads, pasta and burgers.
A similarly delicious fare awaits at dinner which is served between 19h00 and 22h30 and the culinary tastes are sure to satisfy any demanding taste bud.
